Dinner out and a profussion of hot air - and Balloons

 Out for dinner with Linda and Hilly. We were not sure what was happening, but we were supposed to going to watch hot air balloons take off .
When we arrived there was only two small helium balloons and nothing else.
After a few drinks and nothing happening they lifted off and disappeared into the distance.
Out of nowhere came about twenty trucks and  low and behold they started filling proper balloons with hot air.
We learnt afterwards that they couldn't mix the two types of balloons. A fire hazard. 

Dinner was excellent, salmon to start then steak and chips, cooked perfectly, tasty and not tough. Then some fruit, ice type of thing. But the meal took back stage to the display of colour in the form of balloons.
