work in the Garden in France

The old well needed the ivy removed as it was pulling out the stones. In fact once we had removed the ivy the walls virtually collapsed. So we took it to pieces and will rebuild.
What amazed me was the depth. Its 60 foot deep and the water level , even with the drought this past three months is still showing 20 foot of water.
