Wild Wednesday - the south is drowning

Yet another storm comes in from the Atlantic bringing strong winds and more heavy rain. So much so, that they are now giving a RED WARNING.

As l sit typing this, thunder claps outside and the rain tumbles down. Is this weather ever going to change for the better?

They have just reported that the rail line from London is being closed this evening as the 100 mph winds smash into the UK and start spreading northwards.

Hopefully, the Innellan house is battened down. Last time the winds rocked the area it ripped off the meter cupboard door and deposited it 100metres up the road.

The poor devils in the southwest are still under water and now that the Thames has bridged the defences the flooding is creeping closer to London.
