Easter is here and the sun is out at long last

Wake up early and look out the front to see a glorious morning . The rain has at long last stopped and spring has arrived.
The front garden is empty......................or is it. First see one dot of white, then another three deer stand up. Mum and two growing fawns, stretch, and then commence eating.

Have a meeting with Billy, our friend who is going to do the ground works for the new house. After a lot od discussions we have decided to press the go button and buy the land.
Agreed the price and more or less calculated the cost of the build. Need to do some work to pay for it , but happy with the new goal to head for. 
Going to see if we can open our house up as a b&b. Will be fun, but first we  have to see if the council will allow it. A job for next week.

Out for lunch at saffron, then find some art deco bedroom furniture in need of restoration. Should fit into our bedroom quite nicely. 

Back home and its time to get into the garden, building raised beds and sorting things out in preparation for planting vegetables.

As the sun heads into the west and sets the light out the front is amazing.
